Add caption tags to confluence tables

      Problem:
      We are not able to add caption tags in Confluence tables since HTML is restricted to Cloud environment. This would be useful for both internal users or anonymous users from external sources, that might need to use a screen reader because they are blind or low-sighted.

      Suggestion to implement:
      Implement caption tags in Confluence tables.
