Problem Definition

The fix introduced for CONF-40499 implements a flag that will indicate when the client-side Page Properties Report macro cannot be rendered and will trigger a page refresh that requests server-side rendering adding &pagepropertiesreport.serverrender to the URL. This fix of reloading the page is a time-consuming wait for large pages as it will have to be loaded twice.
