Per-user colour scheme for Spaces

      It would be good to allow users to choose their own colour scheme.

      This would be good for:

      • Personal preferences
      • An easy visual reminder of current space
      • Accessibility reasons (e.g. ~1/12 men have some form of colour vision deficiency).

      I've seen the "Won't Fix" on CONF-8181, but this seems like a seperate issue to me. I haven't been able to find an existing request for this via a Google or JIRA search.
