      Make it possible to use Multimedia macro with "Secure" Attachment Download Security Policy.

      Currently use avi, wmv file in Multimedia macro with "Secure" Attachment Download Security Policy,
      The error message is shown in the page.

      Error rendering macro 'multimedia' : com.atlassian.renderer.v2.macro.MacroException: Unable to display content of type 'video/avi' with the current attachment security level

      render the avi/wmv file in Multimedia macro with "Secure" Attachment Download Security Policy.
