Make Date header of Confluence Roadmap Planner macro sticky

      When using the Confluence Roadmap macro, it would help tremendously if the Date header was sticky, and stuck to the top of the page while scrolling down through the full roadmap, (the same way that Confluence Table header rows stick to the top of the page).
