Documentation request: Add note of a known performance issue for MySQL 5.5

      Suggestion

      There is a known issue with Confluence 5.9.x when running on MySQL 5.5 concerning indexing performance. The same way CONF-37953 was mentioned on the supported platforms documentation, we should highlight this issue as well: CONF-41030

      On the contrary, there is another bug that was fixed in 5.9.5, where indexing was slow on MySQL 5.6: CONF-40544
