Hi,

I am a new joiner and my colleague Shivam Sharma advised to follow link https://wiki.london.echonet/display/RCS/IRFX for installing DB tools. This link gives error message:
"Not Permitted You are not permitted to perform this operation."

This is fine as long as the page advises how to request access. On the top of Confluence page with this error it is saying with hyperlink:

"Please refer to the WIKI, JIRA(s), SVN, CVS & Fisheye/Crucible support process page for all support requests. "

However, I cannot run that hyperlink either getting the same access error message which looks like a bug - it should be possible to get details of the team responsible for Confluence and access to it.

Please note that this is an urgent request - I need DB access so that to test SIM Store change due by the end of this week (ticket https://jira.risk.echonet/browse/MRX-38645)
