Accessing base URL causes 302 redirection

      When accessing Confluence using the server base URL returns a 302 (Moved Temporarily) redirection to the dashboard page. If you have selected as space as the home page, there will be two 302 redirections.

      It should return a 301 (Moved Permanently) instead of 302.

      The problem with this is that search engine web crawlers don't normally follow 302s and that make sites using Confluence less findable.
