"Page Not Found" for link from "Automatically detect browser setting"

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      On the Confluence user settings page there is a "Automatically detect browser" setting. Under this there is the text "This feature is currently in development. Learn More" with the link:

      https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=321860221

      However, for me this page is a "Page Not Found" page.
