Ability to configure which notification will be send to Watchers

      When a page is changed, including when a comment is created or deleted, all watchers get an email.

      It would be a great feature if we could configure that, choosing to notify or not the watchers on specific actions, for example, not notify the watchers when a comment is deleted on a page.
