Overloaded methods in remote API break some SOAP toolkits

      The ability to overload methods (same method name different arguments) was removed from the SOAP spec at some point, probably because many languages can't handle it. We need to change our API so each method is uniquely named.

      Should fix at the same time as CONF-3520, to group breaking API changes together.
