      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Today, is only possible set a request type for mail handler if the request is set with summary and description as required. If another field is add it must be set as option.
      It is necessary add another field as required for when user reply an issue by email.
