Condense the generated rss xml.

      There is no need to send whitespace over the wire when dealing with rss feeds.

      Rome currently does not support configuring the format of the returned rss xml. However, it does use the XMLOutputter which supports a Format object that may be configured to generate pretty xml or condensed xml.

      Are the rome developers looking to make this configurable? something to investigate.
