Currently, long running viewfile conversion threads run in the background for what seems like forever, and may end up crashing Confluence completely. This is especially true if users then refreshes their browser, causing multiple http threads to stay in the thread pool, requesting for the same attachment that is still being converted by the viewfile macro. We need to have a configurable timeout for the attachment conversion.
