Request to improve Confluence.SortableTables.init() method in confluence-sortable-tables plugin

      Request to consider improving Confluence.SortableTables.init() method in confluence-sortable-tables plugin's SortableTables.js so that once a table is enabled for sorting, should not be picked up again.
