List shortcut links in notation guide

      Users don't seem to have any way to see what shortcut links are defined. One solution would be to have the shortcuts listed automatically in a separate section in the notation guide.

            This and CONF-2294 would be very helpful in helping users to get the most out of Confluence. In particular, clients that use a company's externally facing Confluence won't have the opportunity of internal training and documentation, so really do need a guide. Even for expert users it is still annoying that you need admin privileges to be able to see the list of shortcuts and user macros.

            e.g. on the Confluence community I have no idea what options are available to me.
