      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Confluence @mention enables other users to view the profile of the mentioned user. In JIRA profile viewing is restricted to permissions. Due to privacy and security issues; it would be for the best if Confluence has this type of restriction as well.
