Page labels changes not included in Page History

Currently changing labels on the page is not being reflected in the Page History; nor does it count towards 'changed' (and thus not showing in the Page History). Labels are useful as it helps to micro manage pages better.

Currently if a page label is removed and changed; the page goes missing as well (due to the label that it is categorized in is changed) and there is no way to undo the changes or to check who removed the label.
