Confluence database schema does not seem to follow any particular naming convention.

For some databases, such as MySQL, table names can be uppercase or lowercase, depending on the table.

The use of plural is also inconsistent. Some tables are in plural (likes, links,...) but some other are in singular (label).

This will help to be able to provide SQL queries which will work in any Confluence database, independently of the case sensitivity for the database.
