**Current Behaviour**

Documents with '&' in the file name cannot be edited

**Expected Behaviour**

Documents can be edited despite any characters in the file name

**Steps to Reproduce**

1. Attach a document that has the character '&' in the file name
2. Edit in Office
3. The file cannot be opened with the following errors
   
   

**Current Workaround**
Edit the file name and remove '&'
