I have tried a number of times installing confluence on my server to evaluate it, but I want to use a SQL server DB, so the effort we make doesn't go to waste when we buy it.
The installer never requests DB information and it always create an hibernate DB in spite of the fact I select I want to have a production DB

That's a very discouraging way of starting a product evaluation
