      When you write a headline in confluence (i.e.: "h2. Foo") the result contains a link, actually an anchor (<h2><a name="Foo">Foo</a><h2>). Is there any way to get around of that? The styles get confused and in FireFox the result is quite ugly (in my case: jumping from normal to bold).
      I'd like to get rid of that, at least not surrounding my headlines... (i.e. <a name="Foo"></a><h2>Foo<h2>)
