    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

Proxy server will not allow URL's with special characters. This is a problem with both documents and User Profiles which also contain the tilde(~) character prefix to a username.
Would like some assistance with Proxy configurations to process these URL's.
