Updating Tasks from a Task List

I am using task lists as part of meeting notes for assigning action items.
The assigned task then shows up in the users personal task list.
However, when they update the task and mark it as complete, only the complete checkmark is propagated to the meeting notes actions, the comments that they enter for the task does not get copied on the page where the meeting notes are captured.

How can i see the comments for the task show up on the meeting notes page?
