App switcher and other menu options cannot be opened using the keyboard...

Although you can use the tab key to navigate to the app switcher (triple horizontal bar icon) and to the top-level drop-down menus (spaces for example), you cannot open the dialogs with a keyboard.

This is a basic requirement to meet the lowest-level of WCAG 2.0 compliance.
