Unable to Preview Global Blueprints or Templates

      Similar to CONF-26325

      1. Login with user that is an administrator of Confluence
      2. Go to Confluence Admin > Global Templates and Blueprints
      3. Click Edit on a Blueprint or Template.
      4. Click Preview
      5. Preview hangs.

      sysadmin does not have this problem.

      Verified on 3 different OD instances.
