Frequently as an administrator I get a request from users for me to reset their password. Of course, what those users don't know is that they can do this themselves simply by going to the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. As an administrator it would be great if there was simply a button on the page which shows when I view a user's details which triggers a password reminder email.
The great thing about this is that it is easy to implement. Simply create a link with a href of "[base url]/doforgotuserpassword.action?usernameOrEmail=[username]" and when an administrator clicks it it will send them an email.
This saves me the hassle of having to email them back with an apology stating that they should do it themselves (or, rather, me having to go to that URL myself).
