Clipped images in notification emails using MS Outlook 2013 and 2016

      Issue Description:
      Notification emails that are received by customer using MS Outlook 2013 and 2016 is clipped and not displayed properly. Please see attachment clipped.png for more details. This issue is not occurred when using other email clients.
      For example:
      "Manage Notifications"
      ...appears as...
      " lanage Notifications"
