OnDemand site imports don't pick up user profile attributes from 5.2+ backups

      As described in CONF-31588, any site imports made to OnDemand with backups taken from Confluence 5.2 or later don't have users' profile attributes (e.g. phone number) imported.

      This is due to the pre-5.2 backups containing a username property for the PersonalInformation entities in the backup XML, but since 5.2 it's been a user reference property.
