Forms with captcha need to be consistent

      Need to check all the forms with captcha fields and make them consistent. The refresh icon also needs to be updated to a new icon (ask Henry/Valter). The captcha field looks different on the login (when you attempt to login incorrectly after 2-3 times) and when you get the signup form. I'm sure there are more captcha fields scattered throughout, we'll need to check them all.
