Integrate HipChat rooms on Confluence pages

      As a Confluence user, I would like to integrate HipChat rooms within a Confluence page so that I can have a live chat room within a Confluence page.

      AC:

         * The HipChat room can be inserted as a Confluence macro within a page.
         * Guest users can access the HipChat room on the Confluence page via the guest access feature.
         * The room is persistent/live within the page.
