Add The Ability to Watch Labels

      We have the ability to watch spaces and watch pages.

      Our customers would benefit from the ability to add a watch on a certain label. This would allow them to get notifications across pages and spaces for content relevant to their interest..

      A helpful option would be to include only receiving notifications on newly created pages with this label.
