For the viewfile macro PPT files, load the first image of the slide as the macro placeholder

      Similar to what we did with the WidgetConnector YouTube macro - we load an image in the editor, we could do the same for the Viewfile macro PPT files.

      So when you upload your PPT file inside Confluence, instead of getting this:

      You get this:

      Where that is the first slide
