As of Confluence 5.1 Confluence ships with out-of-the box Blueprints. These Blueprints are:

• Meeting Notes
• Product Requirements
• File Lists

Our Blueprints infrastructure isn't internationalised. This issue is to track the internationalisation of Blueprints for:

• End-users
• Plugin Developers

and will need to answer what we do with editing Blueprints as well.
