When you're actually viewing a JIRA notification it would it might be helpful to highlight that it actually is a JIRA notification.
I was just working through my notifications quickly - I didn't really care if I was responding to a Confluence notification or a JIRA notification - when I wanted to like a comment. Then I realized I was looking at a JIRA notification and you can't like comments in JIRA.
Maybe including the JIRA logo or providing a color scheme to the notification would highlight JIRA issues more clearly.
