    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would make sense to handle outgoing mail from Confluence in a more unified way. In many cases people want to modify their email templates to fit in the corporate image and for this they have to do several modifications (Daily updates email, recommended updates, share page, etc).

      If all plugins could use a common template-bundle that would make customizing email much more easier.
