Autoconvert page titles of external URL names

      Confluence 4.2 introduced Autoconvert https://developer.atlassian.com/display/CONFDEV/Plugin+Tutorial+-+Extending+Autoconvert so if someone pastes a URL to a JIRA issue, YouTube video, Confluence page etc... we convert it into the appropriate title.

      One suggestion we received from timcolson is to autoconvert external URL links.

      So if someone pastes a link to an external web link (e.g. http://blogs.atlassian.com/2012/10/atlassian-is-expanding-product-development-into-asia/) we fetch the page title and insert it into Confluence as "Atlassian is expanding product development into Asia" instead of the full URL
