Administrators are unable to configure the IM Presence setting in Confluence OnDemand

      Users that belong to the Administrator group aren't able to configure some of the IM services such as Jabber (XMPP), Openfire, Lotus Sametime, MSN/Windows Messenger and Google Talk.

      I.E: When trying to add Google Talk you get:

      An administrator must configure your server's Google Talk Service before you can use this macro.

      Please make it available.
