Table of Contents doesn't appear properly when included in another page

    NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

    When a page with a TOC is included in another page, the links do not work - nothing happens upon clicking one.

    This seems to be a special case of the Resolved CONF-3844 (see last two comments).
