Sometimes costumers ask us how to disable users from changing their profile photos.
Unfortunately confluence don't have this feature.
Sometimes users put inappropriate pictures on their profiles, so It will be great if the administrators could change this behavior allowing or not users to change their photos.
Workaround
Our currently workaround is comment the form's on: <Confluence-Install>\confluence\users\editmyprofilepicture.vm
