Add the option to allow only users that are members of confluence-users to be displayed in the People Directory. This can help eliminate some issues where external users are not displayed in the People Directory (as they do not have the USERINFO content entries in DB without first logging in to Confluence). This can also eliminate security concerns where users that are not in confluence-users (but somehow have a USERINFO entry) are displayed in the PD.
