Relative Linking broken in 4.x

      In Confluence 3.x, you could specify relative links using /// at the beginning.

      For example, a link to create a custom Blog RSS feed for a particular space would look something like this:

      [RSS|///spaces/createrssfeed.action?types=blogpost&spaces=GLOBAL&maxResults=15&title=\[Confluence\]+Blog&publicFeed=false&os_authType=basic&f=Confluence.rss]

      This links now display as broken links with the pink background.

      Was there a decision to remove this feature? I'm not sure where I learned about it, but it's quite possible it was unsupported to begin with.
