Add ability to block Search Engines indexing public content for onDemand instance

      The onDemand instance of Confluence does not offer the ability to block search engines from indexing content.

      Can we please have the ability to add a header tag, i.e

      <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">

      and to add a robots.txt file.
