Add BODYTYPEID to CONTENT table instead of BODYCONTENT table to improve upgrade performance

      For customers with large instances of Confluence, it takes lots of time to perform upgrade - it can take nearly an hour to perform SQL related to BODYTYPEID column which was added to BODYCONTENT table as of Confluence 4.0.

      Suggestion is to add BODYTYPEID to CONTENT table instead of BODYCONTENT table. Their reasoning is this way you can avoid performing SQL against large BODYCONTENT table.
