Steps to reproduce

1. Add a horizontal rule via autoformatting
2. Add a macro below it
   The horizontal rule will disappear

2. Add a horizontal rule above and below the macro via autoformatting
   In some cases the lower rule will not render and remain as

   In other cases the rule will delete immediately (as seen in the video below)
