Don't show PDF export menu item on historical versions of pages

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The PDF export always exports the latest version of the content, so the menu option shouldn't appear on old versions.

      A 'LatestVersionCondition' was added in Confluence 3.5.5 (CONF-15965) that can be used on the web-item to achieve this.
