    Description

      "Everything that's troubleshooting (ie most of the children under Database Configuration that haven't been mentioned above) should be moved to the Confluence Knowledge Base, where the support team will maintain it (yay!!!!). We should own the "known issues for ..." docs, the "troubleshooting ..." docs and so on."

      RECOMMENDATION:

      • Many of the DB-related pages contain links (albeit via a label include) to troubleshooting documents. This has real implications for coherence of the Confluence docs and would require substantive review.
      • This needs to be discussed further with the Tech Writing team with a more robust case made for transitioning this content to a KB.
