Clean up DB docs - 5. Remove embedded HSQL Database include

"The Embedded HSQL Database looks like an include and should be moved to the inclusions library, or deprecated if it's a duplicate."

Notes:

• Yes, is an include. Exactly the same content as the Database Configuration page, which should be changed to a parent page and contain a {children}

  macro only.

• Note that as at 18 November 10, the existing Database Configuration page content is replicated by the DRAFT Confluence Setup Guide overview statement, and some content in the Wizard steps.
