Some further improvements to the 500page.jsp:

1. The following should not appear if there is no stack trace:

   Cause
   Stack Trace:[hide]

   
   
   

2. Stack trace should not appear if the user triggering the page is anonymous user
3. Changes to this sentence below:

   "Your Confluence administrator can use the support request form to create a support ticket which will include this information. "

   1. Should be re-worded to:

      "If you are a Confluence administrator, you can use the ......"

   2. Should only appear if you are an administrator and are logged into Confluence
