Update Building Confluence from Source docs to include instructions for building a cache implementation

      Currently the cache implementation needs to be compiled separately and bundled manually into Confluence before it is deployed. We should document this in the appropriate place.

      (Also, reading that page it could probably do with a bit of an overhaul? But that's another task)
